We want our dentistry patients to have all necessary information when preparing for their first dental visit. Below, you’ll find everything you need to inform our dental team of your needs as well as prepare for your initial checkup. You can also learn about your multiple methods for financing care, whether that’s with dental insurance, third-party financing programs, or our in-house membership plan! Don’t hesitate to give our dental office a call if you have questions or to schedule an appointment yourself!
When you give our dental office a call, you’ll speak with our patient coordinator. During the call, they will summarize expectations, including the length of the appointment and how our dental office handles insurance. Your first visit typically takes about two hours to complete and includes a one-on-one conversation with our hygienist and the dentist. After making introductions, discussing medical and dental medications, your goals and values as a patient, and your cosmetic desires (if applicable), we’ll perform an intra and extra oral exam. We’ll also get your chart completed as well as capture digital scans and photographs of your oral structures.
Filling out patient forms should be a seamless process. That’s why we’ve made all necessary new patient forms available to download on our website for your convenience. By filling them out now, you can speed up your check-in process and spend less time in the waiting room!

Fromuth & Langlois Dental works with all of its patients to make treatments as affordable as possible. With that said, dental insurance does not dictate our treatments. We work with any PPO dental insurance plans and are more than happy to file on behalf of all patients. Patients will be reimbursed directly from their insurance company. We also offer third-party programs like CareCredit, which allows for manageable monthly payments with little to zero interest attached.
If you do not have dental insurance, our dental office has an option to help you and your family get the basic preventive care you all need to maintain long-term oral health. Our In-House Membership plan allows children, adults, and patients undergoing periodontal therapy to gain access to exams, cleanings, x-rays, emergency visits, and discounts on many other treatments! Simply pay a lifetime activation fee (which covers your first month), or pay a monthly payment to have guaranteed access to the treatments you need! There’s no co-pays for treatments, no annual maximum and no deductibles to meet!
